Founded under the ownership of The Energy & Minerals Group (EMG) and Laredo Petroleum, Brazos Tank & Vessel LLC quickly became the largest privately held crude oil transportation system in the Midland Basin featuring over 800 miles of pipeline, approximately 670,000 dedicated acres, and nearly four million acres of mutual interest In 2024, Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP) acquired manco, maintaining its brand identity and retaining its leadership team to continue its trajectory of operational expansion across both the Midland and Delaware Basins.
